As a gluten-free Chocolate Brownies Black Bean
This gluten-free brownies are super easy to make and ideal for those with dietary considerations. Beans blacks are probably healthier than regular brownies. They do not make a lot of time. Prepare the dough only took 5 minutes, so about on par with Box Brownies. -------------------------------------------------- ----------- recipe: 1 can of beans blacks (~ 2 cups) 3 eggs 1 / 3 cup cocoa butter 1 / 4 cup powder 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 / 2 cup honey1 / 2 cup dark chocolate chips 1 / 3 cup chopped walnuts powdered sugar (optional) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Drain and rinse beans blacks. Combine beans, eggs, butter, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and honey in food processor or blender. Mix until dough is very smooth. Coat 8x8 baking pan with nonstick spray. Add batter to pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts evenly over dough. Place pan in oven and bake for 40-45 minutes. After 40 minutes check donenesswith toothpicks. After cooking, remove cookies from oven, let cool and keep.
